    McGramski

I love Gramsci/ski — but I’m not sure I understand what’s contradictory about/in the videos above? The co-existence of youthful “innocence” and carnal “knowledge”?

Something like that. “Corporate” characters dressed up to dance “dirty” for the kids (who clearly all know the dances) seems complex (if not quite contradictory). Coming soon from Disney, “Dutty White and the Dirty Dwarves”?

More like enterprising members of the community dressed up like popular cartoon characters to draw on their magic, especially when combined with taboo moves they aren’t allowed to perform in their corporate lives. What would be something, as you maybe imply, would be a consequent “convergence culture”-like assimilation of dutty dance by Disney, et al.

Indeed! That too. Definitely a great birthday party (production company?). A second look also reveals that they are not even recognizable characters to me (!?) reinforcing your point. I apparently imposed a little narrative of my own here (Pink Bunny and Mr Gator were in which movie again?). LOL! But you can’t step to Gramski anyway.
