Loved the set at the end, great stuff, by you?

If you mean the video, no, that’s not by me — though I’d love to have my own programmable band of animal automatons. It’s by this guy, who apparently takes requests!

On the downside I can never hear this song on the radio anymore without thinking of that damned animatronic Gorilla.

Yeah, sounds kind of chinsy for a so-called pro producer to do that…
Speaking of borrowing sounds…Wayne, help me out here…I’m forgetting the name of that house track Gregzinho spun the other night that I said sounded conspicuously like South RakkasGet Mad Again…I wanna do a little comparison.

Apparently, I meant the Geko Jones set. And thanks for flowing me to mudd up!, Mutant Sounds and Analog Africa. Since the demise of woebot I’ve read very little music journalism. They are refreshing.

i couldn’t find out any of that info myself, but it seemed worth noting anyhow.
you’re right. maintaining anonymity/avatarity is one thing, but removing the interactivity is another. i don’t read many tumblelogs, but the lack of a comment section seems pretty common, if not endemic to them. hm.

theantisuck:
hit me up at thehairdryertreatment@gmail.com about the mislabeling if you read this. i haven’t been posting for that long and tumblr doesn’t have comment functionality, but you and wayne make some compelling points about the lack of interactivity. i don’t usually leave to many comments on blogs and i just figured not many people would want to comment on mine when i originally set it up.
Wayne:
thanks for the shout out, great site.
