This time he&#8217;s arriving <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/ChiefBoima\/status\/7343760693\">from Dubai<\/a>, where he rocked a bizarre sounding NYE party (but what do you expect from Dubai?), via <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/ChiefBoima\/status\/7363454899\">Moscow<\/a> and who knows where else. Let&#8217;s hope he encounters no where-are-your-special-African-underwear hijinks at customs and can get to the Enormous Room on time to drop some of those &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/chiefboima.com\/2010\/01\/02\/new-year-optimism\/\">East African treats<\/a>&#8221; he picked up in Nairobi. <\/p>\n<p>For those who need a primer, you can&#8217;t do much better than the recently released <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duttyartz.com\/2009\/african-by-the-bay\/\"><em>African By the Bay EP<\/em> c\/o Dutty Artz<\/a>.
